A second build of the 1.55.0 libraries was required because the original was erronously built without the correct zlib, and failed to generate the boost-zlib libraries.


Visual Studio 2013 Problems
----------------
The msvc-12.0 build (which is the version of Visual Studio 2013) does not have a working serialization library along with some other issues. See the [release notes](http://www.boost.org/users/history/version_1_55_0.html#version_1_55_0.known_bugs) for more details.
